Is there a way to query dangling/not used LBS?

Hi all,

I'm trying to use Steampipe to query unused LB's on 2 projects. Is there a way to do it? I'm using cloud steampipe and it seems i dont have that kind of filter.

Does the linux version brings this kind of information or there is a way to see this kind of resource on the cloud function?

Can you please provide more details around which plugin(s) are you using and within those plugins, which table(s) are you currently using? Also, are you asking about checking load balancers (assuming this is what you meant by "LB") in a specific cloud provider, or are you looking to check a different type of resource?

Yes, its loadbalancers i'm trying to query. I'm using GCP, and our quotas are over the top. So i'm trying to query unused/no traffic Loadbalancers, to do a monthly cleaning.

I'm pretty new to Steampipe so i just did my config to bring the resources into the cloud steampipe page. I'm not using any plugins.

Hi @thiagoalvesilva2 , to close out this thread, as we discussed in the Steampipe Slack, unfortunately there's no way to check for unused GCP load balancers by traffic in the GCP plugin. I've opened an issue here turbot/steampipe-plugin-gcp#362 to start a discussion on it in the relevant repo, so if you have any other questions/suggestions/thoughts, please add them as a comment in that issue.
