Feature request: option for auto translate to English #15

Firstly, thank you for this great add-on!
I regularly use this (Firefox) add-on to translate foreign language text in in pictures to English.

I would love to see this process streamlined, in order to reduce the needed clicks and input

automatically chose "translate" in google lens
auto translate to English language

Maybe you might consider adding such an option?
