Update Minimap2 to 2.24

The pipeline currently uses ViralMSA wrapping around Minimap2 2.17, but Minimap2 2.18 was recently released:

Not urgent at all (seems to be many minor bug fixes, but I doubt anything that would significantly impact ViralMSA), but it would be good to update some day in the future (not urgent/necessary whatsoever)

2.22 was recently released as well:

It seems as though this update is primarily focused on improving how Minimap2 handles long indels, but given that we have whole genomes (so we don't expect large indels wrt reference when using ViralMSA), it's not critical for our purposes (but the other improvements since v2.17 may be relevant)
