Gaea C4 Decommissioned
The Gaea C4 partition has been decommissioned, and Gaea C5 is now the default Gaea partition. From this point forward, references to Gaea imply Gaea C5.
F2 Filesystem Decommissioning
The F2 filesystem is scheduled to be decommissioned on March 8, 2024. All EPIC stacks and software are available in the
/ncrc/proj
space on Gaea C5, and data has been moved to the F5 filesystem. Access to F2 is available using the C4 login and Data Transfer Nodes (DTNs) in read-only mode and the C5/F2 DTNs (using the ldtn_c5 and rdtn_c5 partitions). After March 8, 2024 any data remaining on F2 will become unavailable. Please ensure all required data is copied to a long-term storage area (e.g., GFDL Archive, NESCC HPSS).New Software Locations
Users can find EPIC-maintained software on Gaea C5 at the following locations:
spack-stack (versions 1.4.1, 1.5.0, 1.5.1, 1.6.0):
