Investigate Cypress for automated end-to-end testing.

Tests should load the demo pages, interact with various features of the search bar exposed by each demo, and verify appropriate DOM is rendered.

Will want to test both mouse and keyboard interactions.

Initial bootstrap using Playwright has been added. Not all tests have been made yet and should be continually added as work progresses.
