The User Experience needs to be refined for updating resources after the new Resource Container Spec has been implemented.

@klappy @cckozie - we need to add the latest UI design here. I have an older PPT, but we need to keep the latest design in the requirements here.

A new slide 9. Old slide 9 slightly modified is now slide 10. Allows greater consistency between viewing By Language and By Book, and hopefully reuse of code.
