The current implementation of Update Library on desktop should be updated to be more user friendly and not leaving them with the misunderstanding that resources have been updated when they actually have not. The implementation on Android prior to supporting resource containers is probably an acceptable way to accomplish this. Following are screenshots from that workflow:
(NOTE: A checked box (or similar) should be used instead of the "bookmark" icon for book/languages that are up to date. Currently on Android no icon is displayed for book/languages that do not currently reside on the device. This should probably be the Android downarrow representing download. Currently on desktop, when creating a new project, instead of icons representing the book/language status, button with words rather than icons are used. See last screenshot.)
