Since there are many more issues with munin, I am summarising all in this issue.
Mentioned before:
#47 (wrong file ownership)
#52 (errors on some nodes)

Now adding:
/etc/httpd/conf.d/munin.conf is not in bcfg2
template is much nicer on vm-37-00 than on vm-37-01

Munin is sending OKs that don't follow a real alert. Make it stop
