Expected Behavior

tests/model_connectors/output[new_jmodelica_py]$ ./jm_ipython.sh jmodelica.py district_cooling_system/Districts/DistrictEnergySystem.mo should simulate in about 10 s (using either JModelica or OCT).

Actual Behavior

The model currently simulates in more than 100 s.

Steps to Reproduce

Run pytest.

Version Information

Modelica Buildings Library: 7.0.0 or GithubBranch/SHA (e.g., issue2204_gmt_mbl /SHA_XYZ)
TEASER: URBANopt/0.6.9
Python: 3.6.5
