It would be useful if switching between languages retained the census tract selection (if the person has a tract selected)

Describe the bug
If a person has a census tract selected and they change languages the map goes to the default zoom and deselects the tract.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any census tract and select it'
2. Click on 'Spanish (if in English)'
3. See error

Expected behavior
Retain tract selection when switching languages
