A DTSA-II Monte Carlo simulation of Si correctly models the Si Ll, a simulation of Al models the Al Ll transition. These transitions are not in the KLM line database. Please add them when you have the opportunity.

The latest release adds Li and B K x-rays. Adding more M and N-lines would require additional physical data that is currently unavailable.
