This is mostly for saving scavenger hunt completion certificates.

As we discussed earlier today, assuming it's not high-bandwidth, we can add a certificate topic to the list of those automatically saved on every run.

That way we could collect statistics on the number and types of scavenger hunts. Maybe we should create a failure credential, too.
