Docker Image: No response when logging in

Intermittently I get a real bad lag on logging in to Mellow. I can sometimes log in and make my changes, but eventually it stops logging in and I get an ERR_NO_RESPONSE error and looking in Chrome inspector, it is lagging on /config

Has anyone else experienced this and can I fix it?

Narrowed this down a little more. It seems to really affect the service once I add Sonarr and submit the settings for the IP/Port.
Interestingly, if I shut down Sonarr, the mellow page starts working better again...?

So I've tried to replicate it on a new install and it does exactly the same.
I'm running this in Portainer/Docker for your info.

New install - login fine, every time - all default settings.
Set up Radarr config - continues to log in fine
Set up Sonarr config - test connectivity, fine - submit - then from there on in it's slow.

I then 99% of the time get a 'ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE' via Chrome when trying to login.

If I stop my Sonarr docker (so effectively no response) - I can login to Mellow....?
If I remove the IP from the Mellow settings JSON for the Sonarr data - and restart Mellow - I can login again.
