Vanilo v5 is expected to be released in April 2025, but there's no final deadline yet.
For the stable version see the 4.x branch.
The latest stable release is 4.2.0, and it was released on Dec 14th, 2024. Vanilo v4 supports Laravel 10.x & 11.x versions and PHP 8.2 - 8.4
