Some websites erroneously create false entries in a tabs browsing history (through inaccurate JavaScript refreshes, by hovering over objects, …). The false entries don't respond to any back/forward commands and can't be erased. I can't find a convenient solution to this.

I've also desired the ability to accomplish this, in general, for some time now; as I don't always want to retain a specific tab's past browsing history. Specifically before/after a certain page.

People could still middle-click|ctrl-click a list entry to create a duplicate tab; I consider performing this action on the arrow buttons to be redundant.
