A fix introduce in v1.21 created a side effect that prevent Windows 7+ from properly show window when cursor hovered over taskbar button, because the window is moved outside of the screen.

Should I remove that "fix" and let window "flicker" on screen for a second when locking/unlocking minimized windows?
