Matches the general High Sierra color scheme in reduced transparency mode.

Installation

Disable macOS System Integrity Protection.
Replace dockbackgrounddark@2x.png in /System/Library/CoreServices/Dock.app/Content/Resources.
$ killall Dock

Now you are good to go.
