Table reload 之后表格校验问题 #91

使用useTable中的 reload 方法之后表格校验会出问题，检查后发现reload 在fetch后 useclome没有对其initial （自己的猜测）。
不知是否会增加支持？

update目前解决办法在EditableCell 中watch record 部分代码暂时解决问题欢迎讨论
