When viewing WeatherStar for a location in a different timezone than the PC is in, the clock in the upper right correctly displays the time of the target location, but the Almanac Astronomical will display times in the local PC timezone.
eg: I am currently in US/Eastern but running WeatherStar for Minneapolis, MN. It is currently 9PM here, the clock is displaying 8PM, but the almanac data shows sunrise/sunset as 6:32am/10:03pm instead of 5:32am/9:03pm.
