Another user reported a similar issue, so there is definitely something wrong. However, I am unsure how to tackle the problem, because it works well on my machine. Could you please try the following?
Debug options are set in file

Thank you for your reply! I am no expert in these, so I don't know how to make Xcode run the app or how to turn on debug. Let me know briefly (I tried to open the app run in Xcode but it said it could not open) I have installed version 4.2 and that revealed that recording sometimes works and sometime does not. Like starting it, ending, it worked, and starting it again straight away would fail at stop. Vamiga - of what I could find - seem to make screen recordings alright. I am unfamiliar with amiga, and I used the stock supplied rooms, whereas I used my custom from set for the virtual c64. 0 |

OK, I'll try to make some basic tests when I get some free time. Maybe it's simply related to account user permissions or something like that. |

i believe this contradicts that sometimes it works sometime it does not, and that the vamiga works flawlessly. but again, if you told me a quick way to test, i'd be with you on that. |

The video output of this emulator is just beyond anything else i have seen. I wanted to use its screen recording function, so added fmpeg, but it does not seem to work. After stopping record, a window comes up saying "Encoding error". And no files created. (Before you ask why i wanted to record screen: i want to do a frame exact video capture this way as my video card is not capable outputting video at 50.125Hz)
