SSH configuration question, ProxyCommand support

Hello all,

Is there a way to connect to a EC2 instance by using customised SSH config with ProxyCommand similar to one showed below?

# SSH over Session Manager
host i-* mi-*
    ProxyCommand sh -c "aws ssm start-session --target %h --document-name AWS-StartSSHSession --parameters 'portNumber=%p'"

Does termscp support SSH configuration expansion via Include <config>?
