Broadcast command directly

It's there a way to directly access hyper terminal and broadcast commands from python or other language ? What i try to achieve is, I have 3rd party app running in cmd or i manage to open it in hyper. i need very fast input somehow into this app. I used autohotkey, i used python but both solutions just interact with window. I need direct access without latency and be 100% reliable not like 2 solutions above.
