core: 3.2.0 rc

when nebula version is 3.2.0, I successfully backup data. However, when I want to restore from back data, I failed.
The error is following:

W20220622 14:40:28.827965 28904 RocksEngine.cpp:448] Ingest Failed: IO error: No such file or directory: While open a file for appending: /home/vesoft/dashboard-test/bao/nebula-3.2.0/data/meta/nebula/0/data/000014.sst: No such file or directory

During restore, meta is not stopped. . .
data directory is backed up and there is no new data directory.
