Submit data update to "charter content responsible"

Usecase: A random user visits a charter/details view, and discovers data which has become obsolete, and/or he has a question to the content of the charter. In connection with the display of the "charter content responsible" role, there is a button or similar saying "write to the data responsible person"; and this opens up a dialogue/email, with the url to the specific charter pasted, and the visitor can add text and send.

Short term work-around is to add in the "data responsible" tool-tip, that visitors are welcome to write an email to this role with questions and comments concerning the data of the forum.
