Increased accountability for data quality on "Content responsible" role

Assumption: Purpose of BGP is to provide transparency into a related group of teams/forums. Data/information quality should be owned primarily by one person for each forum, and managing and enabling this should be easy.
Below should probably be split into separate issues, when/if prioritized.

Some ideas for improving accountability for "Content responsible" could be:

• Show name on top of Details view (so that all visitors can see who is responsible. Show next to "Last modified" (date))
• Send email to Content responsible when information is edited (in case someone else edits information) (be sure to log everyone who changes info)
• Add "request update" button in Details view, which sends email to "Content responsible"
