Changes to be included in the release

I'm not using milestones to group issues into releases because I'm using milestones for a different purpose for versions prior to v1.0.0

New features

1. Provide the the RawContact whose photo is used as the primary Contact photo #205
2. Share existing contacts #211

Improvements

1. Update APIs include function overhaul #209
2. Add Java interop for EventDate companion functions #215
3. Log execution time of all CRUD APIs #214

Bugfixes

1. Query and BroadQuery APIs' LIMIT and OFFSET functions are not working #217
2. RawContactPhoto thumbnail extensions always returns null  #204
3. Removing a RawContact's Group memberships may not work and may result in the deletion of incorrect arbitrary data #208

Release management steps

Stuff that needs to be done before, during, and after the release.

Before publishing release

• Double check that there are no regressions for all relevant API functions!
• Double check that relevant documentation in code, README, DEV_NOTES, and all howto pages are correct.

Publishing the release

• Make sure that JitPack SNAPSHOT of the main branch is green.
• Make sure that the JitPack is installable in a new application project by using the main-SNAPSHOT build.
• Update the README with installation instructions for 0.2.1.
• Create the 0.2.1 tag.
• Publish the 0.2.1 release.

After publishing release

• Leave a comment in this discussion with a link to the release.
• Leave a comment in each of the above tickets with a link to the release.
• Update gh-pages branch.

I will actually revert this back to a minor/patch release; 0.2.1. There have been several important issues fixed that I should release now instead of waiting. I will move all incomplete issues to the new 0.3.0 discussions page.
