Cannot delete messages -- indexing error message

I seem to be getting the following error message when I try to delete dms:
This channel isn't indexed yet. Waiting undefinedms for discord to index it...

This arises for old dms which are part of my archive, so they must be indexed.
This error does not appear for messages posted in servers.
Interestingly this works for one of my accounts but not the other, which functions fine.

I'm running version 5.2.3

Undiscord sort of goes into an infinite loop before being throttled by Discord API. I need to close the window to stop it.

Any help would be appreciated!
