Implement Autocheckout

General

• Define a way to set env variables like username, password, repo url etc.
• Set env variables, defining them into the dockerfile and passing their value with the docker run command
• Load the variables inside virsat

Git

• Clone repo on startup
• Import project in eclipse Git perspective
• Import project in eclipse workspace perspective

SVN

• Clone repo on startup
• Import project in eclipse SVN perspective
• Import project in eclipse workspace perspective

To Fix:

• Git credentials are stored into VirSat workspace only specifying a secure storage master password in the secure storage master passwors popup that shows before the autocheckout execution --> find a way to put a default one
