Complex layer icon

Hi,
I am trying to create a "complex" layer; I mean a layer which is colored according to the role of the user (already done), but also which contains on the middle of it or the initials of the user (if the user doesn't have a picture) with a grey background (the icon color parameter that I am using for the role colored also the grey background), or with the user picture if the user has a picture like this

Also, a possibility to display a cluster like this

Right-now I have:

If I use the Marker component (and include In it a picture or the initials ), I can't use the cluster feature
