Describe the bug

vitest --ui works but ui: true in the config doesn't seem to work.

export default defineConfig({
  test: {
    ui: true,
  },
});

The logging is still indicating the UI is available:

> vitest

 DEV  v3.0.2 /home/projects/vitest-dev-vitest-n5teqgnw
      UI started at http://localhost:51204/__vitest__/

 ✓ test/basic.test.ts (3 tests) 3ms
 ✓ test/suite.test.ts (3 tests) 4ms
