Observations:

Tandy 3-voice: Very bad audio quality. Maybe Tandy needs some more work
C/MS: Audio PCM doesn't work, but does interfere on C/MS Music. Maybe emulation is not 100% perfect
Gravis Ultrasound: FastDoom crashes on exit (?)
