For Python specifically, this means we'll also want to interact with creating a tags file.

Definitely need to make tags management easier, especially would be nice for tagging third-party stuff.

Currently manifested as a task here: https://github.com/vkottler/config/blob/master/python/mklocal/python.py#L80, we could move this to https://github.com/vkottler/experimental-lowqa.
