Context
For each day node in the schedule.xmlstart and end attributes are defined which contain a date/time value, e.g. 2023-12-27T07:30:00+00:00.
Similar for schedule.json.
Request for specification
How exactly are the date/time values chosen?
Are the values derived from the event start and end times?
