Not getting notifications when games are claimed

I've set everything up and managed to get all the sites working (GOG/EPIC/PRIME). Apprise is installed.
I'm currently getting notifications when there's errors, but never notifications when games are claimed after the program launches.

I've read through some stuff on the Apprise page but still can't figure it out. I've also read the discussions other people have with notifications, but those are mostly them not receiving notifications at all.
Is there something I can add to the config.env file that'll get notifications working properly? (that's where I have the discord notifications set up currently)

I'm also on Windows 11 running node.js instead of Docker
