texlive-latexextra 2021.58668-2 missing: no pdfx.sty

@fosslinux (current maintainer) There is no texlive-latexextra package (https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/texlive-latexextra/) for texlive 2021 (only available package in VoidLinux is texlive-latexextra-2020.57067_1) which appears to causing issues while creating PDFs as reported in gouvinb/cv-sample#5 (comment) and in jkitchin/scimax#435

I used the following template to create package from the source:

It built the package and installed, yet emacs reports pdfx.sty not installed, although:

]# ls -la /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/pdfx/pdfx.sty
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 109591 Nov 10 01:49 /usr/share/texmf-dist/tex/latex/pdfx/pdfx.sty

However, the installed package is not seen by xbps-query:

Trying to reinstall the package using xi says:
