strip "%% obsidian comments %%" ?

Hello hello,

thanks a lot for this script, it works really nicely!
I was wondering (just because I had one occurrence of this in the file I was processing) if it would be possible to easily strip

%% obsidian comments %%

by the preprocessor.
Not a major dealbreaker, though, if not :)

I wasn't even aware that '%%' worked as comments in Obsidian...

This is not going to be too easy to support, I'm afraid. The thing is that '%%' works across multiple lines as well as within single lines. And in combinations of the two.

I'll puzzle a bit on this, if I find the time.
