Admin page & mail server support

Is it possible to enable the admin page to manage users? Additionally, it would be interesting if it's possible to send mails to the users e.g. reset password. Both are features of https://github.com/dani-garcia/bitwarden_rs/ but it would be helpful to use the serverless architecture to save money 👍
