We currently only work in English, and although most development happens in English, it'd help others to have a localized situation.
For now, only LTR langs.

Probably using the official package is best.
Look at VSCode-nls.

We'd prefer to ship the whole bundle including the translations.
Probably, it's best to not translate what we get from APIs.
