country_count_trees, country_count_cities in countries table, and tree count in treedata not counting, how are the new vector tiles counting? #70

#63 The city gets created but doesn't trigger a count in countries for city OR count the tree added. ALSO, when adding a tree, it doesn't trigger a tree count in the count column. Before we do this with db triggers, @pjstein, should we just use the vector tile counts instead. What sort of counts are already happening? country count, city count per country, tree count per city and country?
db triggers are not as easily git tracked as code base counts.
