I'm thinking of creating a file in the SVG directory similar to gvh-titlemap.txt with an element name and color parameter pair.

I'd add one more parameter to specify the fully qualified filename.

If a file is specified but does not exist, I could create the file with the coded defaults. That would be the only time I would open the file with write privileges.

This was based on the mention of different colors in #75
