What problem does this feature solve?

可以学习一下 esbuild 提供一个 install.js 在 postinstall 时运行，安装选项包吗？这样的话，在生产环境，可以方便我把开发辅助包如 eslint 等omit掉

现象：

通过 npm install --omit=optional 的安装方式

@rspack/binding 包不会安装 '@rspack/binding-darwin-x64' 工作包。

希望可以支持 omit optional 的安装方式
