The installation statistics are available at https://dev.webtrees.net/statistics.html

This page is updated daily. A script processes the NGINX logs, and writes the HTML file.

Instead of generating HTML, we could generate JSON.
This JSON data could be loaded into a statistics page on this site using an AJAX call.

This is so that the statistics front end can be migrated to this github.io site, right? But the frequency of the updates to the JSON would be the same?
