Use of deprecated `AmazonEC2RoleforSSM` #255

AmazonEC2RoleforSSM is deprecated, AWS documentation suggests switching to use AmazonSSMManagedInstanceCore policy to enable AWS Systems Manager service core functionality on EC2 instances.

@jrandall and I noticed this as part of the diagnosis for #162.
