Intel E810 NIC requires the ice Linux Base Driver version 1.9.11 and firmware version 4.0.
You can check the ice and the firmware versions with:
ethtool -i intel8100 | egrep "driver|version|firmware"

You can also verify ice driver with:
modinfo ice | grep ^"version: "
