Upgrade checker cleanup few things #126

Would it be possible to cleanup a few things on the Weka upgrade checker ?

Fix the issue where it thinks Centos/RHEL 7.X are unsupported
Remove the check for 4.0.2 - where it recommends running the aggressive dieting command/manhole (this was fixed in Weka 4.0.3)
Remove the check for Kioxia drives. This was thought to be an issue, but Baruch now thinks this was a Weka issue.
