weka_upgrade_checker suggestion - Check Weka user the shell is logged in as

Performed an upgrade at a customer using organisations.
The shell I ran the script from was logged into Weka as a orgadmin - not the Admin. So Weka commands work fine, but I'm not sure a Weka Upgrade would be allowed. We logged the shell out of the Weka user, and logged back in as the "admin" user.
Maybe we should add a check that we are logged in as a user with admin privileges ?
