Weka upgrade checker is reporting weka-agent service is not running, when it is.

I've run the weka_upgrade_checker script on 2 systems now and each time it has told me the weka agent is not running, when in fact it is. Maybe it is using systemctl to check the status and should be using service still ?
Ticket to remind me or Shazad to look at it.
