Support for MaxQuant 2.4.2.0? #59
Comments
Could you share the result with us so that we can test on our end? |
Hi, thanks for the quick reply! So I could find out that PDV easily opens older Orbitrap Runs analyzed with MaxQuant 2.0.3.0. I made a short runs with four timsTOF files with MQ 2.4.2.0. The combined folder is around 1 GB, so I uploaded everything to our unis file exchange sever: https://dl.uni-h.de/?t=5afd1aa67b23755c9394cb14cf6376f1 Is that fine for you? Best, |
Hi Nils, Sorry for the late reply. I can't access your link. Could you upload your files here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/zZ6ew6O79dHZEzGH1sEZ I will test and update it in the future. Kai |
Hi Kai, sorry for the late reply. I uploaded the combined folder and the mqpar file to your dropbox. Thanks, |
Hi all,
I guess this is not an issue but I was wondering if PDV also supports MaxQuant results from the newer versions. I have a lot of timsTOF data that work better with the newer versions of MaxQuant and would like to make some nice figures with PDV since the MaxQuant viewer still does not make picture in acceptable quality...
I now just started PDV and added my combined folder and the mqpar file and it is now at "Loading results. Please wait" for quite a while.
Could you give me a short info on that?
Many thanks,
Nils
