Broken Links to unscanned notebooks #173

The website builds a link that doesn't work for notebook 53. It appears that the notebook was never scanned.. should not be a link.

Same issue happens for notebook 61 (example: http://data.wgnhs.uwex.edu/lake-superior-legacy/hand-sample.html#13083). If the notebook URL is null, the hand sample details page still builds a link for it.
