Why not port from AvalonDock

I just downloaded the code, and try to run the demo, and was disappointed to find that it's buggy, and lack of features.

For example, i can't collapse the side panel. I think this is a neccessary and obvious feature a DockPanel should provide, because all the other similar libraries do, except that they are not for Avalonia.

And next, during my dragging side panel around, the application stucks. This is frustrating.

I notice that this is a new project developed from ground. I am wondering why not you guys just port from AvalonDock, or is it possible?

Because we tried and failed, also I prefer to have MVVM first solution that was needed for out projects that rely on Dock
